Been using this cream for ages and the night cream fantastic.

Good quality and good value day cream.

Not tried this before but love it ih has a lovely soft creamy touch to it . Not only that your skin feels lovely after you put it on .

Love this cream. I like the spf30. For me, it's the perfect texture, as I don't like a thick cream. It's so easy to apply. And I like the scent too.

This was a fantastic cream, which I've used for years and recommended to loads of people but now they've changed the fragrance and it's too strong and just not very nice. Sadly, I won't be buying it again.

I wasn't sure the first time I used this as it seems thinner than I have had before. However some dry skin issues I had have cleared up now with using it. Overall pleased.

Changed the formula lot more thinner and strong perfume smell. Not as good as old formula won't buy again.

I have been using platinum day and night cream since it first. Some out and at 81 still get compliments about my skin.

I have been buying this product for a few years now and it has been super BUT my with my last delivery I noticed the cream is a lot thinner. It doesn't feel nice or sit nicely on my skin.
Have you changed the product or do I have a faulty pot?
If you have changed it, PLEASE put it back to how it was :(

I have used Anew day cream from day one. I’m guessing 30 years. It’s usually amazing silky smooth and leaving my skin refreshed and youthful 😉. However, the pots I received in my last order should have been sent back, the formula is very wet and feels like you are slapping it on your face and then the skin feels tight and dry. I’m glad you are putting the survey out as if you have changed the formula I won’t be ordering again….is it a batch that has been in an incredibly hot van and separated? I did refrigerate to no avail. I hope this helps.

I much preferred the original cream the new formula is much thinner and seems runny, I liked the thickness of the original formula I always felt I had cream on but not with the new one.

Great smooth cream. Not messy. Feels good.

Perfect for my skin

I've been using this for a while and liked it very much. They have now changed the formula it's terrible it's much thinner now and has a strong perfume smell. Will not be ordering again.

I have used this for some years on my dry skin, perhaps now it would be nice if they upped the UV protection to 40 or 50%. In an every other aspect I really like it.

Have been using Avon products for years and am very happy with the condition of my skin.
They leave a lovely feel with no greasy residue.
I am currently also using the eye lift and lightening duo which is definitely working to open up my eyelids. Will continue to keep using the products.

Why change? Or at least if you do keep the smell the same. I’ve been using this great product for over 15 years, but they seem to have changed the formula recently including the scent and I just don’t like it. Unfortunately will have to find an alternative, shame.
