Customers praised this retractable eyeliner for its smooth application, excellent value, and long-lasting wear. Many highlighted it "glides on easily" without pulling skin and "stays put all day." I love them usually but one of the three I ordered was so hard that I could only draw a line on a hard surface. Very disappointing!

The products are good as far as I'm aware, but I've not used them yet - I use these a lot though, and presume they're of the same quality. BUT, the packaging that they get sent in is appalling. Rattling around in a large box with no internal packaging may well have broken the leads. Please show more respect for your products (and the customers). Make up is fragile. It needs careful packing.
This eye liner is the best on the market, stays soft till the end . And a lovely shade .
I've used the eyeliner for years and now that my local organiser has retired I simply bought it direct from Avon

I’ve been using this eyeliner for several years and was always happy with it. However, for some time now, I’ve noticed that the pencil breaks whenever I apply pressure to my eyelid; it was essentially useless, as it snapped completely after just five uses and ended up in the trash

Excellent value and easy to use
Love this eyeliner. Costs a fraction of the premium brand ones I have tried, and the cosmic brown is a fabulous colour for me. Particularly good value when there is a special promotion on!
I'm a big fan of glimmer stick eyeliners. Pencils you have to sharpen, often end up breaking off and you risk getting tiny bits of wood in your eye. Glimmer sticks simply rotate to extend so no wastage. I've tied more expensive brand eyeliners that are too hard and chalky, you don't get an even line or too soft and they just mush and break. Avon get the consistency just right. A smooth even line that you can also blend out with a brush (or your finger) if you wish. The colour sticks and lasts all day. In short brilliant and also reasonably priced.
Goes on easily and stays put. My daughter used them nearly 30 years ago so still going strong.
